Can is responsible for all electrical operations, infrastructure, maintenance, and safety compliance. He manages teams of electricians, plans project timelines and budgets, ensures compliance with safety standards and building codes, and acts as the technical authority for electrical systems, repairs, and installations.

He has over 30 years of construction site experience. He is responsible for planning and completing projects on time and within scope.

Erdem is responsible for managing project finances, procurement, and contractual arrangements from inception to completion.
